Orders placed online have the option for FREE Local Pick-up or Delivery in Queen Creek/ San Tan/Copper Basin, AZ. After your order is placed, CALL US at 480 478 3315 to make arrangements. Please allow 30 minutes for us to process your order. Pick Up Time is 11am-4pm M-F.

We pride ourselves on the fastest shipping. 98% of orders received by 1pm (Arizona time) will ship same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries that allow importation of electronic cigarettes.
Do you cover lost or damaged shipments?
We do our best to make sure every order is shipped correctly and on time. However, once a package has left our facility, we are no longer in control of it. If you are concerned about the potential loss or damage of a package, we encourage you to upgrade to Priority Shipping for only a couple $$ more.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
YES. All orders shipped via USPS Priority receive $100 of automatic shipping insurance.
All products on our site with the exception of e-liquids and vaporizing parts are covered by at least a 15-Day Exchange warranty. This information can be found at the bottom of each products discription. Please read below for more details about our warranty policy.
How does your warranty policy work?
If you find a part to have a manufactures' defect within the first 3 days for NON-DOA or the first 15 days for all other products please call us immediately at 480 478 3315. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If a solution can not be found, you will have the opportunity to receive a free replacement:

Day 0-15 = Return for 100% store credit
Wrong Item Sent
Day 0-15 = We pay shipping both directions to replace the item.
Day 0-3 = We pay shipping both directions to replace the item or issue store credit for items under $5
Day 0-7 = We pay shipping both directions to replace the item.
Day 8-30 = You pay return shipping, we ship you a new replacement.
At any time you may request a store credit over a replacment.
Any returned item that is not found to be defective will only be returned at your expense so please Contact Us for trouble shooting first!
Items that have been modified or abused will not be covered under warranty.
