ORDERING

Can I pick my order up today?

Orders placed online have the option for FREE Local Pick-up in San Tan Valley, AZ. After your order is placed, CALL US at (480)478-3315 Option 4 to make a pick up appointment and get directions. Please allow 30 minutes for us to process your order. Pick Up Time is 11am-5pm M-F and 11am-2pm Sat.

Do you take phone orders?
Yes! If you need help placing your order, we would be happy to assist you. Please call (480)478-3315..

Do you take cash?

Yes! If you are planning to pick your order up in San Tan Valley, there is an option to pay cash at checkout.

Oops! I made a mistake on my order. What should I do?

No problem! Call us at (480)478-3315 and we can make changes to your order before they are shipped.

SHIPPING

Will my order to shipped today?
We pride ourselves on the fastest shipping. 98% of orders received by 1pm (Arizona time) will ship same day.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries that allow importation of electronic cigarettes.

Do you cover lost or damaged shipments?

We do our best to make sure every order is shipped correctly and on time. However, once a package has left our facility, we are no longer in control of it. If you are concerned about the potential loss or damage of a package, we encourage you to upgrade to Priority Shipping for only a few dollars more.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

YES. All orders shipped via USPS Priority receive $100 of automatic shipping insurance.

WARRANTY

All products on our site with the exception of e-liquids and vaporizing parts are covered by at least a 30-Day Exchange warranty. This information can be found at the bottom of each products discription. Please read below for more details about our warranty policy.

How does your warranty policy work?
If you find a part to have a manufactures' defect within the first 3 days for NON-DOA or the first 30 days for all other products please call us immediately at (480)478-3315. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If a solution can not be found, you will have the opportunity to receive a free replacement: 

RETURNS

Here is a simple breakdown of our return policy. 

Un-Used Items
Day 0-15 = Return for 100% store credit

Wrong Item Sent
Day 0-15 = We pay shipping both directions to replace the item.

Non-DOA Items
Day 0-3 = We pay shipping both directions to replace the item or issue store credit for items under $5

Warranty Items
Day 0-7 = We pay shipping both directions to replace the item.
Day 8-30 = You pay return shipping, we ship you a new replacement.

Store Credits
At any time you may request a store credit over a replacment.

Working Returns
Any returned item that is not found to be defective will only be returned at your expense so please Contact Us for trouble shooting first!

Abused Returns
Items that have been modified or abused will not be covered under warranty.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
